PT Petrogas Jatim Utama Cendana become a contractor in Kontrak Kerja Sama (KKS) in Cepu Block Working Area with EMCL (Exxon Mobil Cepu Limited) as Operator. Company will have some main activity among them to monitoring and evaluating the activity in Cepu Block Working Area.
All of Petrogas Jatim Utama Cendana’s activities are in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and conducting oil and gas mining business, both for own business or undertaken on the basis of cooperation with third parties, for upstream oil and gas activities in the working area of the Cepu Block.

Cepu Block
The Cepu Block is an oil and gas Working Area (WKP) which covers the regions of Bojonegoro and Tuban Regencies, East Java Province and Blora Regency, Central Java Province with a total area of 919.19 km (91,920 HA).
In Cepu Block, (six) exploration wells have been drilled and 5 (five) commercial fields to be produced are Cendana Field (1999), Banyu Urip Field (2001), Jambaran Tiung Biru Field (2001), Kedung Keris Field ( in 2011), and Alas Tua West Field (in 2011).
The Banyu Urip Field began commercial production on 31 August 2009, while the Kedung Keris Field began production in 23 November 2019.
